The vision of a healthy and well world is held at the center of OptiMOM Coaching. I know that the best chance for raising healthy and well children is with healthy and well parents. Too often, a mom cares for everyone else only to find herself depleted and neglected. Frequently, because she's so busy, this happens without even noticing until crisis or illness. By the time she's really aware or begins to give attention, the work "that needs to be done" can feel insurmountable and too big, only adding to the pressure and stress she is experiencing...and so goes motherhood for too many moms.
