How's your attitude?
Someone recently likened OptiMOM Coaching to being a doula for moms while they RAISE their babies, not birth them. It's a fun affirmation for me bc I'm often, very often in fact, using the analogy of pregnancy and labor in the coach work I do. Change your own light-bulb...if you want to change it at all.
