Perhaps, I've been seeing happiness the wrong way. We can never deny the fact that we are happy and overwhelmed when we are not carrying problems. I am the type of person who can have a peace of mind if I don't have something to think of. But I guess, it's about time for me to learn the art of handling problems the right way. I noticed that I easily panic when there are problems. It's about time for me to change my habit and become a better individual by knowing how to do it!

It has been helpful for me to rememebr that nature uses destructive forces to grow strength. For instance, wind to strengthen a tree, clear it from dead / dying limbs and make room for healthy new growth. Life is always an opportunity to grow and learn...I prefer to call my "problems" challenges or teaching opportunities. Sometimes, the words we frame our situations in can radically shift our experiences in them. Best to you as you begin to practice this new perspective and growth. I have confidence that you CAN and WILL have increased Peace, even when facing your "problems"".
