Call in? OptiMOM Coaching has a 2nd radio interview:

Lisa Engle coaches Moms on how to stay healthy so they can raise healthier kids by tuning into their authenticity.  Ms. Engle, who likes to call herself an “authentic mom,” is the mother of five children, ages 6 to 29, and has been mothering – and coaching mothers – for most of her life.  She has also given birth to her unique style of life coaching that helps a  mother “learn more of her authentic strengths, resources, and values” and not try to raise kids like everybody else.

Come learn about Lisa’s brand of coaching on Logical Soul Talk, Tuesday, March 4th, 2014 at 6 pm ET.  You can listen to the show online, or call our show hotline at (347) 843-4544 to join the conversation or ask Lisa a question.

Ms. Engle reports that by “having children at a very young age and then more of them again at a ‘not as young age,’ I have perspectives and experiences that have rooted in me deeper Truths that many women have found helpful on their own walk through motherhood.”

She added, “For me, having children has brought some of my most beautiful, painful, empowering, humbling, life giving and debilitating experiences.”  Lisa says she still learns from her children daily about “who I am as well as who I am becoming.”

Tune in to hear from a seasoned Mom about the way life is . . . and how it can be!
