Staying tethered to healthy rhythms will balance the chaos we find ourselves in day to day and reduce the anxiety experienced by the "uncontrollable" and "unknowns". Be more known, Mom. Leverage what works FOR YOU...have you identified what that is? We all need to know the rhythms that support OUR well being in the season of life that we're in. When we notice, assess, evaluate, and measure, we can tune into healthy perspectives and actions that will guide us as we stay the course. Please join me for an intimate exploration and discovery of rhythms that will facilitate your healthiest function. Each week, we will meet for approximately 1 hour with email support between. Space is limited to only 8 participants.
Week 1 - October 13, 8:30PM ESTWe will learn about and identify current rhythms, and create a strategy for self assessment. Curiosity will be sparked to notice the desires and needs of the current season, increasing our capacity to prioritize and make Peace with what is. The pump is primed in session 1 to draw from a source we've become thirsty for; the restorative power of rhythm.

Week 2 - October 20, 8:30PM ESTHaving spent a week noticing and gently assessing our currant states, we will move into strategies for creating keystone habits and rhythms that support the season we're each in. We will leverage what we learned personally and collectively, using self coaching techniques to increase our confidence and methodology for increased function.

Week 3 - October 27, 8:30PM ESTThe pump is more than primed by week 3. We have a flow of resources easily accessible to change the way we're engaging with ourselves, our families, and expression of potential. We have a sense of needs, desires and tools to increase how well we experience them. Our tanks are filling and we wrap the session with increased confidence, tools and a plan to tether us to the supportive rhythms of OUR optimal version of ourSelves.
