Why is the coach work by phone?

The work is by phone so you can be where you ARE.
Is your favorite place a spot on a path? We can talk there. Is it your porch or maybe your kitchen table? Climb back into bed and pull the covers up if you want. The idea is that you're comfortable and able to engage with yourSelf. My job is to ask questions, listen closely and offer the reflection. As you have these experiences IN your environments, the change will be more lasting. 

Look at You, not me

The intention of this work is that you develop a clearer and healthy expression of your best Self...

​...for you and everyone in your sphere of influence. When the work is by phone, this increases the level of self - reflection. It matters to me that you see, know, respect and love YOU more...not me.

It's time to Sit with yourSelf 

Pausing to tune in and witness ourselves more clearly is an important piece of our growth toward a happier and healthier life expression. 

Holding a posture of relaxed curiosity lends to an allowance and support for greater awareness of what is needed and wanted to live our best lives.
