I would have like to have done more out loud praying over my kids so I could be certain they know how and what I pray for them. I have experienced the power of prayer (for and from me) and hope I can convey the value to my kids.

When we practice being mindful in the moment we're in (vs. past or present), we can more fully show up with energy, intention, and awareness.
With my youngest (of 5) graduating high school last week, I'm keenly reminded of how quickly the seasons change. My mother used to say that time picks up speed as we age.
Once when challenged by choices I'd made raising my older kids, my father in law encouraged me by saying "if I parent all over again, I'd just make different mistakes." The amount of freedom and increased forgiveness I allowed myself immediately shifted and I became a better for kids.
